Registration & Submission Guidelines

- To register as a presenter in the WCGSS 2023, the author should undergo three steps of submission.
- First, the author should submit a paper summary proposal containing at most 1500 words (due by 24 September 2023). The paper summary proposal must consist of an introduction (the background of the study), research method, preliminary results/results/critical review, and conclusion. The reviewer board will review this paper summary submission to qualify it for presentation in the conference panel session.
- Second, after the paper summary proposal has been qualified for the conference’s panel session presentation, to secure the place, the author is required to pay the conference fee and confirm the payment through this payment confirmation form (due 15 October 2023). The author should then submit the full paper that must be based on the qualified paper summary (due by 15 October 2023). The full papers should be 3,000 to 4,000 words (including references). The WCGSS 2023 reviewer board will review the full paper, and the organizing committee will send the full paper review feedback to the authors.
- Third, the author should submit their presentation file before the conference day (due by 5 November 2023).
- To proceed with the proceeding publication, the author should submit full paper revision to the organizing committee (due 30 November 2023). In this regard, the organizing committee will send the full paper revision to the editorial board. The editorial board will issue the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and send it to the author afterwards. Subsequently, the editorial board will proceed with manuscript copyediting and editorial correction and send the final manuscript to the publisher for proceeding publication production.
- We exclusively accept papers written in the English language. The author can present their paper in Indonesian or English.
- The full paper must contain at most 250 words abstract summarizing the topics, conceptual or theoretical frameworks, methodology, and main findings.
- Clearly state the title and address the issue explicitly.
- Specify the author(s) (maximum of 5 authors per paper) and affiliation(s).
- In the case of co-authored papers, only one author should be chosen as the designated correspondent.
- References should be presented in APA 7th Edition
- Figures, graphs and tables should be included if necessary.
- Kindly utilize the provided paper summary template for the paper summary submission.
- As a part of the publication process, the paper summary and full papers submitted and presented at the conference may undergo formatting adjustments by our editorial board according to the submission guidelines of the respective proceeding publication.
- Registration and paper summary submissions are to be made through this registration form.
- Full paper and revision of the full paper submission platform will be provided in the Confirmation of Presentation (CoP) Letter sent by the organizing committee to the authors.
