Participants who experience or witness inappropriate behavior are encouraged to report the incident immediately to the conference contact center. The WCGSS team will make every effort to maintain confidentiality while assessing and responding to reports. Possible actions in response to violations include verbal warnings, expulsion from the conference without refund, and prohibition from attending future WCGSS events. In cases involving potential criminal conduct, participants are strongly encouraged to contact relevant law enforcement authorities.

By attending WCGSS, participants acknowledge their responsibility to uphold the integrity and professionalism of the conference. The success of WCGSS depends on the collective effort of all participants to create a welcoming, safe, and intellectually vibrant community.
